RSC Chartered Surveyors carry out independent property inspections throughout South Manchester, North Cheshire, Greater Manchester generally and surrounding areas.

RSC was established by Robert Cohen in 1994.

We are completely independent surveyors and valuers. RSC Chartered Surveyors is recommended by a number of estate agents throughout Greater Manchester, but all reports are confidential to the client and would only be discussed with either the agent or vendor (seller) if authorised to do so.

We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Robert Cohen is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer and a Fellow of the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association.
